Return & Refund Policy

Physical Merchandise (T-Shirts, Hats, Mugs, Swag)

Customers may return unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns must be approved before being shipped back.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If approved:

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost.
  • We may request photos of the damage or defect before approving the replacement.
  • In some cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Automated Day Trading Software
  • Software Licenses
  • E-Books
  • Digital Downloads
  • Training Videos
  • Membership Content
  • Webinar Recordings
  • Discord Access
  • Online Courses
  • Downloadable Materials

Once access has been granted, delivered, downloaded, streamed, or viewed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Members may cancel future billing at any time before the next billing cycle.

No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for:

  • Current billing periods
  • Membership fees already charged
  • Webinar access fees
  • VIP Membership fees
  • Loyalty Program fees


Right to Refuse Service

DayTradingNation.live reserves the right to refuse service, terminate memberships, cancel subscriptions, remove access to webinars, Discord communities, software services, loyalty programs, or any other products or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason permitted by law.

This is pretty close to what most trading education and software companies use, while still being reasonable on physical merchandise. The 14-day return window with customer-paid return shipping is standard. For defective shirts or hats, I’d replace them rather than refund whenever possible.
